30-minute wellness interventions can include somatic or breathwork practices.  These are not covered by insurance but can be added to any session for an additional fee Insurance of $60. ​​

Cancellation Policy:   If a session is cancelled with in 24 hours of the scheduled session or if a client does not show for a session a $75 fee is automatically charged to the card on file regardless of the service.
